Payment is due on or before the of each payment period.
A late fee of $ will be applied after days past due.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Either party must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at full rate.
The Tutor reserves the right to reschedule in case of illness or emergency.
No-shows by the student will be billed as a completed session.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with days' written notice.
Outstanding balances must be settled within 7 days of termination.
The Tutor may terminate immediately if payment is overdue by more than 14 days.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all personal information, academic records, and session details strictly confidential. The Tutor will not share student information with any third party without written consent from the Client.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
The Tutor will make every reasonable effort to help the student achieve their academic goals. However, the Tutor does not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or outcomes. The Client acknowledges that results depend on multiple factors including the student's effort, attendance, and practice.
